Coaster with a design from an original linoprint painted with acrylic paints.
I found an amazing plant growing on a Sussex beach and when I Googled it I discovered it was called a Yellow-Horned Poppy, which grows almost exclusively on shingle beahes
It is a species which has declined in numbers due to loss of shingle beach habitat. However, locally it can be quite common growing in clusters of plants. The yellow horned-poppy is protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. This means it is a protected species and so must not be picked from the wild.
But you can buy a coaster of it!

In 2009, my family and I saved a Highland Bull from being killed by the Country Park in Cambrdgeshire where he lived with his herd.
The amazing Hillside Animal Sanctuary took him in when we had secured his release, and he has lived at their sanctuary in Norfolk ever since.
Fergus costs them a lot of money, and so we will donate 10% of the profit from the sale of this item to Hillside to support their wonderful work.
