"YELLOW BEE FRIDGE MAGNET", HAND-PRINTED BEECH WOOD HEXAGON

I've always loved bees and been fascinated by their complex lives within the hive and the ways they communicate with each other and I've created several designs featuring bees and this is my newest.

These 50mm (2") wooden fridge magnets featuring some of nature's hardest workers are hand printed on beech wood hexagons, hand coloured and then protected by three coats of satin varnish. Any fridge would be happy to be decorated with one of these magnets and they make ideal letterbox-friendly small gifts and tuck easily inside a card.

BTW Please bee a good samaritan if you find a bee on the ground, please move them to a safe place and, if possible, offer some water or sugar water to drink- they may just be exhausted and that is often enough to pep them up and restore their energy so they can happily buzz off. :-)
